TERM LIMITS

I strongly feel that the United States Congress (House and Senate) and State offices should have two terms of four year that will be off set. Half of the House will be up for election at one time and half the Senate so that we never have a complete turn over. I believe that there should also be a moratorium placed on going from House to Senate and vice verse. There should be a required 4 year gap between service in each and that they are capped in each chamber at the end of term .
